Our head chef attaches great importance to local Tyrolean cuisine. Local products take priority with us here. The venison from the local forests or trout from our very own waters around the Hotel Post are affectionately refined and prepared with herbs from our own herb bed. Specially picked mushrooms and their preparation are a passion at the Hotel Post. But our gourmet menu is also adorned with recipes almost forgotten from grandma's cookbook, vegetarian delicacies as well as the very latest modern concoctions - all served at the 4 star hotel in Nauders on the Reschen Pass.
