Fancy a gourmet holiday? Then our hotel in Nauders is the perfect place for you. Depending on your choice, you can enjoy your stay with half-board including breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner or just breakfast – for example in our annex Haus Arina.
Our head chef places great emphasis on authentic Tyrolean cuisine using locally sourced produce. Look forward to game from the surrounding forests, trout from the hotel’s private waters, herbs from our own herb bed, exquisite mushroom dishes, vegetarian delicacies and lovingly recreated traditional recipes.
Also for non-hotel guests: Breakfast and dinner available by prior arrangement – by phone or email or at our reception – you can also dine à la carte. Walk-ins only if space is available, ideally in the evening between 18:00 and 19:30.

A new day begins with a balanced breakfast
The breakfast buffet at Hotel Post leaves nothing to be desired – a large fruit platter, a muesli corner, freshly baked bread and pastries, homemade jams from the region, various egg dishes, fruit juices, a samovar and an extensive tea selection, a variety of cold cuts and cheeses, and much more.
Multi-course evening menus
After an active holiday day at the Reschen Pass (after skiing or an extensive hike), enjoy the varied and creative gourmet choice menu at Hotel Post. Each morning, you can choose from three suggested menus. Whether classic-regional, modern, hearty, vegetarian, or packed with vitamins. In the evening, you can also help yourself to the soup and generous salad buffet.
On Sundays, the kitchen team spoils you with a gala dinner. As they say, sweet things close the stomach – the pastry chef at Hotel Post spoils you daily with various treats and delicacies.
