General booking information
Child rates
are valid in the parents' room when two full-paying adults are staying.
The child rates include a children’s menu (soup, salad, main course and dessert).
Children may order the adult menu – surcharge €8 per night per child.
Prices
are per person per night including three-quarter board and apply from a stay of 4 nights.
For short stays (less than 4 nights), we reserve the right to apply a surcharge.
During "post-holiday" periods without dinner
a deduction of €8 in winter and €7 in summer per adult will be applied.
Check-in & Check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am at the latest.
Meal times at the hotel
Summer: Breakfast 07:00–09:30, afternoon snack 15:00–17:00, dinner 18:00–20:00
Winter: Breakfast 07:30–10:00
Pets
Pets/dogs are only permitted by exception. (Surcharge)
Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or restaurant for hygiene reasons. We are happy to offer a table in our hall where dogs are welcome.
Holiday with your dog – only by prior request
For guests with a dog, our hotel has exactly one designated room available. Please be sure to inform us of your dog when making your request or booking. The surcharge is €25 per day without food. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area for hygiene reasons.

Seasonal closures
After Easter, the Hotel Post closes for one week each year. The summer season typically begins in June and lasts until mid-October.
Cancellation policy
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
From 3 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price
30 to 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the final week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
Early departure or late arrival will be charged at 90% of the total arrangement
Ski deposit
For added service and convenience, you can book a ski deposit at the Bergkastel valley station
when making your reservation. Weekly rate for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years) is €45.00.
Ski pass:
Ski passes can be purchased conveniently at our reception without queuing.
Payment
Cash, debit cards and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted.
Deposit
A deposit must be paid within 14 days to secure a reservation.
Massage dates
are currently no longer available. Hotel Naudererhof and Almhof offer massages.
One-off surcharge:
Christmas Eve (24.12.) £35 per person and New Year’s Eve (31.12.) €45 per person.
Local tax:
€3.50 per person per day will be charged separately. (Children may be exempt from local tax depending on age).
Internet:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Assistance dogs
