General booking information
Children's prices
are valid in the parents' room when there are two fully paying adults.
The children's prices include a children's menu (soup, salad, main course and dessert).
Children may also order the adult menu – surcharge €8 per night per child.
Prices
are quoted per person per night, including 3/4 half-board, and apply from a stay of 4 nights onwards.
For a short stay (less than 4 nights), we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.
For "post-holiday" stays without dinner
a deduction of €8.00 in winter and €7.00 in summer per adult is applied.
Check-in & Check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Meal times at the hotel
Summer: Breakfast 07:00–09:30, afternoon snack 15:00–17:00, dinner 18:00–20:00
Winter: Breakfast 07:30–10:00
Pets
Pets/dogs are only permitted by exception (surcharge).
Pets/dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area.

Seasonal closures
After Easter, the Hotel Post closes for one week every year. The summer season usually begins in June and lasts until mid-October.
Cancellation policy
Late arrival or early departure will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival
From 3 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price
30 to 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
Early departure or late arrival will be charged at 90% of the total arrangement price
Ski depot
For added service and convenience, you can book a ski depot at the Bergkastel valley station directly when making your reservation.
The weekly price for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years) is €45.00.
Ski pass:
You can conveniently purchase ski passes at our reception without having to queue.
Payment
Cash, EC card and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted.
Deposit
A deposit must be paid within 14 days to secure your reservation.
Massage dates
Unfortunately, massages are no longer available. Hotel Naudererhof and Almhof offer massages instead.
One-off surcharge:
Christmas Eve (24.12.) €35.00 per person and New Year's Eve (31.12.) €45.00 per person.
Local tax:
€3.50 per person per day is charged separately. (Children may be exempt from the local tax depending on their age).
Internet:
We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
