You will need:
1 pork, turkey or veal cutlet
1 egg
2 tbsp. gluten free flour
2 tablespoons gluten-free breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
Beat the schnitzel lightly, season with salt and pepper, dip in the flour, dip in the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Then fry the schnitzel in a pan in oil or clarified butter until golden. Bon appetite!
You will need:
5 tbsp. gluten-free flour
200ml milk
3 eggs
1 pack vanilla sugar
Raisins (if desired)
Pinch of salt
Butter for baking
In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together to form a smooth, thick batter. Heat the clarified butter in a large flat pan
and slowly pour in half of the batter at a time. Using a spatula, cook the omelette until golden on both sides
and cut into pieces with two forks. Mix in the raisins and arrange the Kaiserschmarrn on the plate.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve with compote or applesauce.
Tip: Gluten-free flour is different from classic flour. Add a little flour if necessary if the dough seems too runny.
We wish you sweet pleasure!
